Kohler and Kohler Daryl Announce No Internet Sales Policy

From 1 June 2011, Kohler Daryl is taking further steps to protect the sales of its retailers by introducing an internet policy that removes the ability for Daryl products to be sold online in the UK or to be displayed on transactional websites.

Following the success of a similar initiative launched by Kohler UK in April 2010 which prevented sales of Statement products on line, this new internet policy is designed to ensure consistency of consumer experience, allowing them to experience the brand and its products first hand.

Kohler and Kohler Daryl firmly believe that there is an unmatched level of service that should be offered to consumers which cannot be done online including: technical advice, full after sales support and the ability to visit installed product on site.
