Kohler Exhibiting with Sterling at kbb London 2011

Kohler UK continues to raise its profile in the UK and will be exhibiting at kbb London 15th - 17th May 2011 at the Sterling stand number A90.

New for 2011 from the Kohler UK kitchen category is the lifestyle must-have ‘Stages’ sink concept. Part of the ‘Chef Inspired’ collection, designed by professional chefs and aimed atthe cooking enthusiast this sink re-invents the traditional kitchen work space. Expanding areas previously designated purely for washing up it ensures the ability to use all surfaces for various types of food preparation while not losing any valuable working areas in the Kitchen. Stages will be displayed alongside further cutting edge introductions into the UK range for 2011 such as the 8 Degree Contemporary Stainless Steel Sink with unique splash reduction design , the beautiful Swerve Stainless Steel Sink with its sweeping profile aesthetic, the Hawthorne Double Bowl Belfast Sink in unique Black Cast Iron – introducing the contemporary aesthetic, environmental and durability benefits of Cast iron sinks to the UK customer, the Carrizo Cast Iron Sink with its unique tiered food preparation/draining area and the Indio Smart Divide Cast Iron Sink – bringing a heritage material back into relevance with its Contemporary yet functional styling. New Brassware on display includes the new Evoke & Purist range of taps in Chrome, Stainless Steel & Black Matt finishes alongside Kohler’s KBB Industry award nominated Karbon concept tap in various finishes.
The Kohler Karbon Articluating Tap (seen left) has been nominated for the kbbreview Industry Awards in the catagory of KBB Magazine Readers’ Product Design Award. The winners will be announced on Monday the 16th of May at the Industry Awards dinner.

The unique, flexible design of Karbon combines cutting edge interior trends with the latest in product innovation and engineering. The Karbon tap has five piviting joints that can be placed into an unlimited number of positions offering hands free functionality and flexibility.
