How do I know what your showrooms have on display?

We would always advise that you call ahead before you visit our retailers, we cannot guarantee that every product range will be on display in every showroom.

Where can I find delivery lead-times and prices?

All of our delivery lead-times and prices can be found via any one of our showrooms - please see our showroom locator for your nearest showroom. If you are calling from a showroom, our retail prices can be found in the brochure (Inc VAT). Lead-times can be obtained via our Internal Sales department by calling 0344 571 1000. For your net prices please email as these cannot be provided over the phone.

Can I buy online or direct from Kohler UK?

Unfortunately we do not sell our products online; products can be purchased via any of our showrooms, not direct. Please see our showroom locator for your nearest showroom.

Do your showrooms hold stock?

Due to the premium quality of Kohler UK products, most showrooms do not hold stock but they will be able to order any UK product for you. For lead times please contact your chosen showroom directly.

Can I obtain colour finish samples?

We can obtain some samples but not all, please email detailing which product you would like a finish sample of and we will get back to you to confirm.

When can I not get hold of your Customer Services team?

Our Customer Services teams are closed during the following periods:

• All bank holidays
• Christmas (closing on the last working day of December and re-opening on the first working day of January)
• Saturdays and Sundays

Our opening hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am – 4:30pm on Friday

Where can I obtain brochures?

For a copy of our brochure, please email stating your name and address and we will send one out to you. If you are from a showroom, brochures can be ordered via your Sales Representative or alternatively they can be added to one of your current orders.

Where can I purchase US products?

Unfortunately US products cannot be purchased through Kohler UK however our flagship showroom, West One Bathrooms, have a direct contract with the US and may be able to order US products for you; their address and telephone number is: 44 - 48 CLERKENWELL ROAD, LONDON, EC1M 5PS, 020 7324 0780.

Where can I purchase spares, glass cleaner and care kits?

Spare parts, glass cleaner and care kits can be purchased via our Technical Services team on 0800 001 4466 opt. 2.

Where can I find your returns policy?

Our returns policy can be provided by any one of our showrooms. If you are calling from a showroom and have a returns enquiry, please call 0344 571 1000 or email

How long does the guarantee last?

At Kohler UK we are confident in the quality and reliability of our products and guarantee them against faulty materials or workmanship, providing they have been installed, cared for and used in accordance with our instructions.

Bathrooms peace-of-mind guarantee:

25 years - ceramic and enameled cast iron products

10 years - acrylic baths, metal vessels and shower trays

5 years - shower valves, taps, bath panels, cistern fittings and seats

5 years - Kohler enclosures and bathscreens*

2 years - bathroom furniture and accessories

1 year - whirlpool and spa systems

*Certain exclusions and conditions apply. 12 months only for Contra Enclosure range.


Kitchens peace-of-mind guarantee:

10 years - ceramic and fine fireclay sinks

10 years - stainless steel sinks and brassware

10 years - cast iron sinks
